With graduations right around the corner, you might be looking for some ways to help celebrate this milestone with your graduate. This certainly is an accomplishment and should be recognized with a celebration. It doesn’t have to be a costly, elaborate affair. There are many ways you can save some money and still throw a fantastic graduation party. Using free printables to help with the decor for your party is one of them.
Graduation Favor Tags and Graduation Gift Tags
The smaller graduation tags below all say “Congratulations Class of 2024” and “Thank you for celebrating with us” on the tags’ front. There are nine different colors to choose from. I tried to cover all of the school colors that I could think of. If your school color isn’t shown below, you can use the black tags as black is a universal graduation color.
You can attach these smaller tags to graduation party favors or treats that you are giving to your guests to say thank you for celebrating this special occasion with you and your graduate. Attach them to cookies that you have made or bought wrapped in cellophane, candy bags, or cupcake boxes. Whatever you can think of, these tags are sure to add that special touch to your graduation favors.
How to Attach the Printable Graduation Tags
After you download the PDF of the tags that you wish to use, print them out. They can be printed on cardstock if you want a sturdier tag, or you can print them on regular paper as well. This is up to you. I have done both, and in my opinion, they look great either way.
After printing them, you will want to cut them out with a paper trimmer such as this one. That way, they will all have nice straight edges. After cutting them out, punch a hole through the top of the tag where the circle is. Then thread some ribbon through the hole so that you will be able to attach it with the ribbon to whatever you would like. I like to use this curling ribbon as there are sparkly versions, and I like to curl the ends for a more festive look.

Graduation Gift Tags
Two larger tags are made to be attached to graduation gifts for the graduate. These tags can be printed out and attached to a specially made gift for the graduate or one that has been bought. There are two different designs on one printable PDF.
They each have sentiments directed to the graduate on them. These can be used in place of a graduation card if you wish. You can attach these tags in the same way that you connect the favor tags. Thread some ribbon through the hole at the top of the tags.
