The banner is black and gold, so that it will go with any color graduation decor. The congratulations sign is contained on nine sheets of 8.5 x 11-inch sheets of paper.
There are two letters per sheet.
After you download the banner, print it out on cardstock such as this to have a sturdier sign that you can reuse over again.
You can even remove the graduation cap and use the congratulations sign for other celebratory events such as anniversaries or religious occasions—anything where a “Congratulations” is appropriate.
Next, cut the flags containing the letters out with a paper trimmer so that you will have an excellent straight cut.
You will then punch a hole on the left side and a hole on the right side of each of the flags. Then thread some ribbon through the holes so that you can hang your sign.
