If you want a sturdier tag, print them out on cardstock like this. After you print the tags, cut them out with a paper trimmer so that you will have a nice straight cut. After you have cut the tags out, punch a hole in the top of each tag where indicated with the circle.
Next, thread some curling ribbon like this through the hole at the top of the tag and tie them to whatever you want, and curl the ribbon for some extra decorative flair.
