I love 30-day challenges. There is just something about them that motivates me. Doing something continuously for 30 days is a perfect amount of time for me.

It is not too daunting in that it seems overwhelming or too long of a period, yet it is long enough to break a bad habit or instill a new habit.
I’ve written about several 30-day challenges on this site, which are all linked below. However, I thought it would be a great idea to create an extensive list of unique 30-day challenge ideas that anyone can do.

Health and Fitness
- Daily Exercise: Commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.
- Drink More Water: Aim for eight glasses (2 liters) of water daily.

- Stretching/Yoga: Spend 15-30 minutes stretching or doing yoga daily.
