You can print the sign on regular paper if you wish, or you can print it on cardstock like this for a sturdier sign that you will be able to reuse year after year. After printing the banner, cut the individual flags out with a paper trimmer like this so that you will have a nice straight cut.

Next, punch a hole in the top left and top right corners of each flag. Then thread some ribbon through the holes that you have punched out. You can then hang the sign wherever you would like.
