How to Make a Mother’s Day Coupon Book

You can look at the images below and choose the sheets that you want to print. Then click the link below the image and download that particular sheet of coupons. 

Next, you will cut the coupons out, but you will leave the white area to the left of the coupon intact because this is the area you will punch holes in to make the book.

Use a paper trimmer such as this one to cut them out to have a nice straight edge.  

You will want to download the covers page below to choose a cover for your booklet to attach as the first page.

Print out as many pages of coupons or blank templates that you want to use for your book. 

Then punch two holes in the white area to the left of the pink area. Thread the ribbon from the front to the back, then cross it and thread it back through the front and tie it in a bow. You can see how this looks in the picture below.

There are six different cover pages to choose from. The first one simply says “Happy Mother’s Day.”

The second through sixth designs also all say “Happy Mother’s Day” but with additional text.

The second one says “Coupons for:” and has a line for you to fill in a name.

The third one says “Coupons for Mom.”

The fourth design has “To:” and “From:” on it with lines to write in the names.

The fifth one says “Because I Love You!” and the sixth design says “Enjoy Redeeming Your Coupons!”
