All About My Dad Printable {Free Download}

You can get an all about my dad printable for your kids to fill out for dad for a super cute Father’s Day gift or even a birthday gift. There are two different designs of the all about my dad printables and two different designs of the all about my grandpa version of the printable that is great for Grandparent’s Day and Father’s Day.

Dads and Grandpas will love receiving a dad questionnaire from their kids or grandkids. The answers that kids can come up with are often amusing and will provide everyone with a good laugh when reading all the funny things that kids come up with. 

The second design also features an area where the child can draw a picture of their dad or grandpa.  This along with the printable questionnaire will be so much fun to keep and look back on in future years.

They make a wonderful father’s day gift for little kids to give to their dads and grandpas to wish them a happy father’s day. They are even an easy homemade gift for dads from older children as well. You can even frame them before presenting them as a father’s day gift.

The first design is just a dad questionnaire that contains the following questions:

All About My Grandpa – Design 2

The second design is the same as the first one except replacing “dad” with “grandpa.”

All About My Dad Printable – Design 3

The third design has a space for the child to draw a picture of dad and has the following for them to fill in:

2. Every morning when I wake he_______________________________.
3. My dad spends the most of his day___________________________.
4. When my dad was little, he wanted to be____________________.
5. His favorite color is _________________and his favorite food is___________.

All About My Grandpa Printable – Design 4

Design 4 is the same as design 3, except it refers to “grandpa” instead of “dad.” So instead of drawing a picture of their dad, they will draw a picture of their grandpa and fill in the blanks with the grandpa version of the dad questions.

Other Father’s Day Printables

There are several other free printables for Father’s Day that you can get for DIY father’s day ideas, gifts, decorations, and more.

There are some free printable Father’s Day wine labels if Dad prefers wine. Attach them to Dad’s favorite bottle of wine instead and give it to him as a fun Father’s Day gift. 

Another father’s day printable that you might want to get to use as a free father’s day decoration is this father’s day banner. There are two letters per 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper or cardstock. You can print it out, cut out the individual flags and hang it on a wall or with clothespins.

One of my favorite things to use as a DIY Father’s day gift, is these free printable father’s day coupons. There are pre-filled coupons as well as blank coupons. You can make a printable book of coupons for Dad for Father’s Day. There is also a printable page of coupon book covers that you can use as the cover of your coupon book.
